While the official dates and times for the 2025 NFL season won’t be released until later this spring, we do know who your favorite team will be playing and where.

The Chicago Bears, Jacksonville Jaguars, Las Vegas Raiders and New York Jets will hold voluntary minicamps on April 21-23 and the New England Patriots will have theirs on April 22-24. Teams with new coaches can also begin their offseason programs earlier than other teams.

The NFL announced the dates for offseason workout programs for all 32 teams Thursday. Based on the league’s Collective Bargaining Agreement, the voluntary nine-week offseason program is conducted in three phases as follows: Phase One (first two weeks of program): Limited to meetings, strength and conditioning and physical rehabilitation only.
