Outlining a drawing in Adobe Photoshop is a method commonly used to transform digital photos into line art. The process relies on the creation of paths surrounding the areas you wish to outline.

Adobe is to release a variant of Photoshop for iPads akin to its full-featured desktop counterparts in 2019. It will migrate features over in batches, and will make use of a new "Cloud PSD" format.

In a support document, Adobe said users can easily migrate to its Fresco app, which combines many Photoshop Sketch and Illustrator Draw drawing and painting tools.
