The Tennessee Titans made a major change with their leadership for the third straight season, firing GM Ran Carthon on Tuesday and handing final say of the roster to president of football operations Chad Brinker.

Carthon made Tennessee among the NFL’s biggest spenders last offseason, signing players like cornerback Chidobe Awuzie, center Lloyd Cushenberry, wide receiver Calvin Ridley and running back Tony Pollard.
