The San Francisco 49ers will be playing their preseason finale against the Los Angeles Chargers on Saturday at Levi's Stadium.

"Chosen, 32, has a chance to crack the 49ers' 53-man roster, thanks to a depleted receiver room, a new mindset and having a long-lost fan in 49ers coach Kyle Shanahan," Barrows and Tafur wrote. "The last wide receiver spot is one of roughly seven position battles on the docket for Saturday night's preseason finale against the Los Angeles Chargers."

Harbaugh announced Thursday that his starters will not play in the preseason finale. Justin Herbert played in the preseason for the first time in his career last week, seeing eight snaps. This week, Lance gets his second start of the preseason.
