Longtime New England Patriots center David Andrews is retiring from the NFL. The Patriots said that the undrafted free agent from Georgia will retire at a news conference on Monday.

The New England Patriots no longer have any playing links to their Super Bowl era. That was already true earlier this offseason when they released David Andrews in March. And on Wednesday, the Pats announced that Andrews intends to retire with the Patriots.
