Iga Swiatek turned things around at Roland-Garros after dropping eight of the first nine games against 12th-seeded Elena Rybakina in the fourth round.

Swiatek will face Elina Svitolina, who sprung a surprise by knocking out fourth seed and last year's runner-up Jasmine Paolini, in the quarter-final. The 30-year-old from Ukraine saved three match points before winning 6-4 6-7 (6) 6-1 in another dramatic match.
