A Houston police captain who led the auto crimes division is accused of pressuring a girl to send him inappropriate messages and keeping hidden cameras.

Court documents reveal the disturbing allegations against a Houston Police captain who was arrested and charged with sex crimes against a child.

Daryn Edwards, 59, was arrested Wednesday on a charge of possession of child pornography. League City Police Department detectives Thursday evening requested additional felony charges of aggravated sexual assault and sexual performance of a child.
