BTS, the popular South Korean boyband has announced they'll be making a stop in the Sun City. According to their tour schedule, BTS will be performing in El Paso May 2nd and May 3rd. The Sun City will be the fourth stop.

BTS recently announced its fifth album and previewed the upcoming tour. Fans, known as ARMY, can now begin planning which dates they hope to attend, and those wanting access to the presale later this month will need an ARMY membership.

The tour will span nearly a year, and the North American leg will see the group perform 28 shows in 12 cities.

The presale dates for all the North American shows are on Jan. 22 — with the exception of the third and fourth L.A. shows, which have their presale on Jan. 23. (Presale information can be found here .) The general on-sale is Jan. 24.

At this point, Houston could start taking BTS snubs personally. BTS has played Houston once — Sept. 24, 2015, at House of Blues as part of a “Highlight” tour. This was long before their mainstream U.S. breakthrough, which rightly suggests that Houston was ahead of the curve when it comes to K-pop.
