The 2025-26 NBA schedule was unveiled on Thursday with all 82 games for the Celtics locked in amid a retooling season. It will be a year of change for Boston with Jayson Tatum sidelined and four rotation players departed via trade or free agency.

The Celtics will welcome a pair of departed starters back to Boston in back-to-back games in late January. Jrue Holiday and the Portland Trail Blazers will come to town on Monday, Jan. 26, with Kristaps Porzingis and the Atlanta Hawks following suit on Wednesday, Jan. 28.

The Celtics will play in 25 nationally televised games, with the first a rematch of the Eastern Conference semifinals against the New York Knicks at Madison Square Garden on Oct. 24 on Amazon Prime. On Halloween, the Celtics will visit Philadelphia in Game 1 of the in-season tournament/NBA Cup's second season.
