Coldplay, the world-famous band fronted by Chris Martin, has been served a notice ahead of its much-awaited concerts in Ahmedabad on January 25 and 26. The notice directs the band and event organizers to not involve children in any stage activity.

As a part of the popular Music of the Spheres tour, Coldplay will be performing in Ahmedabad, India, on two consecutive days, January 25 and 26. But there's a slight hiccup. Read on to know more.

The action followed a petition filed on January 2 by Prof Punditrao Dharenavar, an assistant professor of Sociology at Government College, Sector 46 Chandigarh.

The notice clearly states that failure to comply with these guidelines will result in stringent action from the District Child Protection Unit.
