The contract review is the latest salvo in Trump’s war with the Ivy League school, as the White House alleges antisemitism and race discrimination.

President Donald Trump in a social media post suggested taking $3 billion in frozen grant money to Harvard and and give it to trade schools.

In the lawsuit filed early Friday in federal court in Boston, the Ivy League school called out the government’s ban as a violation of the Constitution and warned that it would have an “immediate and devastating effect for Harvard and more than 7,000 visa holders.”
