TEMPLE, Texas — Parts of Central Texas saw isolated storms push through Wednesday morning as we await another round of severe weather. For Wednesday, some storms could be on the stronger side with a few capable of large hail and gusty winds as the main concerns.

HOUSTON — Thunderstorms are building across the Houston area, bringing the potential for gusty winds, heavy rain, frequent lightning, and even isolated hail. Some storms are already triggering special weather statements from the National Weather Service as they roll in from the southwest.

A Flood Advisory is in place until 7 a.m. for Edwards, Kinney and Val Verde counties, where the National Weather Service says heavy rain could fall overnight.
