United Airlines and JetBlue are teaming up in a new partnership called Blue Sky, which includes new loyalty benefits for MileagePlus and TrueBlue.

With this alliance, you'll be able to use your points across both airlines and book flights on either's website or app.

Under the deal, United would again start flying from New York JFK and JetBlue would gain additional Newark access. The partners also would offer reciprocal loyalty point accrual and redemption.
