Iraq criticized on Saturday Israel's use of its airspace to launch airstrikes against Iran, urging the United States to take responsibility.

Iraq has formally called on the United States to prevent Israeli aircraft from using Iraqi airspace to conduct military operations against Iran, citing violations of sovereignty and international agreements.

He further urged the United States to fulfill its responsibilities under bilateral agreements and international norms to prevent Israeli aircraft from repeating such breaches and conducting attacks from Iraqi airspace.
