Yes you can catch a boat/water taxi round trip to USS Arizona from the pier right next to the main Pearl Harbor Visitor Center/Museum. Easy walk from the exhibits and gift shop. However, highly recommend you reserve a spot in advance on recreation.gov in order to guarantee entry. This is a very popular attraction and most walk-ins are turned away

There is free transportation from the Arizona Plaza to see the battleship Missouri, which is definitely worth visiting if you have the time. The two sites "bookend" World War II for the US. If you go with a tour company, you may not have enough time to see both.
