It would depend on how long the de-boarding and passport control process is at Yokohama (it takes some time to empty a cruise ship), and your means of travel from the cruise port to the airport--taxi to the train station? Taxi all the way? hired car? The distance itself does not take long, maybe between 20 minutes to an hour. Security and passport control leaving the airport is very efficient.
