Terrible experience we have with this tour company. They fail to pick us up at our hotel lobby. We called them and says the driver is running late. The second time we call them says that the driver have missed to pick us up. Have waited an hour at the lobby. We were so frustrated and they wouldn’t refund our payment instead offer that we can try again for free within 2 years span. How can we try again thinking they might miss out again to pick us up? So frustrating. Very bad service.

I went on the daytime tour which was pretty good but due to heavy cloud the nighttime lights tour was cancelled on two consecutive nights so I missed seeing them. Tickets are still valid for up to two years although I would not want to go back. No refunds are available.

We went through customer really fast and as soon as you exit the bus transport is there. The bus run every hour. We did not reserve in advance and had no trouble arranging a bus ride. Keep in mind, the buses do not drop off to any hotels in the city, rather at bus stops around the outskirts of the city. I would recommend calling your hotel and finding out what is the closet stop. You can also go to busstop.is If you have a lot of luggage you can grab a cab near the bus stops. From the airport a cab will cost about $150 US. Also, if you have a later flight in return, schedule your pick up with the blue lagoon. Gene
