Mill Creek Township is a township in Mercer County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 776 at the 2020 census, down from 721 in 2010. According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 19.3 square miles, of which 18.9 square miles is land and 0.4 square mile is water.
