It is located up a hill next to the Flame Towers. It was built in remembrances of the warriors who died fightening the russians.Full review by Manchester1955

Well kept memorial to citizens who died in 1990. Seeing the pictures of these people engraved in marble made it very real.Full review by Traceyvh
