"I paid for ant remediation in mid April. To date we still have ants. When we continued to see ants after the first treatment, Quality came out a couple of times more to try inside baiting with gel. I was told respraying outside is not necessary and then later told a respray is not legal in Ohio. I could not find verification of such a law. Today would have been their 4th time to come to my house, I stayed home during their 5 hour window but no one came. I bought several refills of the same brand bait stations (they included 2 bait station traps in my cost) to keep fighting ants on my own. Their service has not solved my ant problem. "Worked with them to remove racoons from my chimney. They came out, put two traps on the ground, and left them for 2 days, then came back to pick them up and got nothing. When I called several times to get a response to why they didn't finish the job, we were handed off several times and they promised to get back with us. Never heard from them. Weeks have passed and no luck to get back with them. This company is incredibly irresponsible and should not be trusted. They charged us before doing the job as well, big red flag for a company."
